Heart & Soul at the Harborside promises to enlighten with cutting-edge medical education and entertain with cool jazz by Ward Colignon, MD. Join us as CAPRI celebrates 30 years of service to our community.
Ticket Cost:
$80 Physicians
$60 nurses, ARNPs, and Pas
$40 non-CME guests and students with valid ID
Physicians, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses are encouraged to attend and are eligible for CME credit and CEU's. Guests, spouses and others will enjoy this relaxing evening listening to smooth jazz music and learning about the latest developments in cardiac and pulmonary medical care.
Presenter will be Robin Houck, MD and Benjamin Sy, MD of The Doctors Clinic. Ticket cost includes parking in the Red or Green levels of the Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside.

| 6:15 to 6:30 pm | Dinner seating and program. |
| 6:30 to 7:30 pm | Benjamin Sy, MD, Interstitial Lung Disease. |
| 7:30 to 7:45 pm | Intermission with final raffle drawings. |
| 7:45 to 8:45 pm | Robin Houck, MD, Women and Heart Disease Update. |
| 8:45 to 9:00 pm | Evaluations and certificates. |
CAPRI is a nonprofit organization established in 1979 to provide professional services to those affected by, or at risk for, heart and lung disease through rehabilitation, education and prevention.
Harrison Medical Center is accredited by the Washington State Medical Association CME Accreditation Committee to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Harrison Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2 hours in Category 1 credits to satisfy the re-licensure requirements of the Washington State Medical Quality Assurance Commission. Harrison designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
